We work with youths who suffer from general and/or specific types of anxiety. You could be feeling general anxiety due to social and school situations, or recent traumatic events. You could also be struggling with an intense fear of separation, fear of social situations, panic attacks or specific phobias. As a result, it affects your ability to attend school or hinders your ability to be successful. We provide highly personalised psychotherapy for those struggling with general or specific anxiety. With our support, you can experience improvement in your physical symptoms, release anxious feelings in your body, and reduce excessive worries.
